Project Description
A 4,995 square foot, conventionally framed office section attached to a 49,665 square foot pre-engineered metal warehouse. This building is used for after market production of car parts made from original manufacturers' molds for the restoration of GM vehicles. Exterior finishes are comprised of EIFS, metal siding, split face concrete block, and poured in place concrete.
